Appointments
Appointments last between 50-60mins and will normally take place on a weekly basis, unless otherwise agreed.
In our first session we will focus on your reasons for coming to counselling at this time and what it is you would hope to gain from the process. It will allow you the opportunity to ask me any questions and if you are happy to proceed we will agree on a verbal contract together.

Fees
- Individual counselling - £40 per session
- Relationship/Couple counselling - £50 per session
- Discounted rates may be available in special circumstances
